Refund policy

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellations are not permitted.
Due to the consumable nature of our products, returns are accepted only for damaged or incorrect
items.
Mandatory video proof is required for any return or refund request. Customers must record a clear
unedited unboxing video showing the outer package, inner packaging, product seal, and visible
damage. Images will not be accepted.
The video must be shared within 48 hours of delivery. Requests without video proof will not be
approved.
Opened, used, or partially consumed products are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.
Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 5–14 business days depending on the payment
method.
